You can send your new jeans back within 30 days after receipt.

It goes without saying that the jeans must be sent back in their original condition (just to clarify things for the cheeky ones – this means unworn, unwashed and labels attached.)

We can only process registered returns, so please make sure to register your return before you do anything else! Whether you'd like a refund or an exchange, your request can be registered via the returns portal.
