Way too big

"Bought 2x jeans the same size and this one was definitely too big on the waist (I'm talking 3 or 4 sizes too big). It might have shrunk during the first wash but then you can't send it back. So I sent it back and had to pay a fee for it (should have checked the return policy). Too bad."
