MUD Jeans is 's werelds eerste circulaire denim merk. We creëren premium, stijlvolle jeans die ethisch worden geproduceerd. In tegenstelling tot andere modemerken nemen we oude jeans terug en hergebruiken de waardevolle grondstoffen tot nieuwe stof en creëren daarmee nieuwe jeans. Met deze circulaire benadering van een closed-loop zijn we een voorbeeld dat aantoont hoe een wereld zonder verspilling kan werken. Sinds 2015 zijn we een B Corp en worden we erkend als een van de beste bedrijven ter wereld voor het milieu.

We zijn op zoek naar een stagiair (Meeloop-Stage) om lid te worden van het Sales Support team. Dit team zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten, winkels en agenten wereldwijd worden ondersteund en dat het orderproces van hun MUD Jeans gemakkelijk en plezierig is. Ben jij enthousiast over het bieden van geweldige verkoopondersteuning aan een internationaal netwerk van klanten en partners? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou!

Rol en verantwoordelijkheden 

  • Ondersteun het Sales Support team om ervoor te zorgen dat alle bestellingen en systemen soepel verlopen
  • Ervaring opdoen in het beheren van backend-gegevens van producten en een online shop
  • Maak onze klanten en groothandelspartners happy door oplossingen en klantgerichte communicatie te bieden
  • Ontwikkel jouw organisatorische vaardigheden door leveringen te organiseren voor onze belangrijkste accounts
  • Beheer de collectie op ons hoofdkantoor
  • Neem een ​​actieve rol in wekelijkse teamvergaderingen om te brainstormen over ideeën om processen te verbeteren

Waar we om vragen:

  • Je bent student aan een MBO, HBO of WO of je bent in een GAP-periode en wil graag praktische ervaring opdoen
  • Startdatum in zomer of najaar 2024
  • Je bent 4-6 maanden beschikbaar
  • Je hebt een gestructureerde manier van werken en aandacht voor detail
  • Je bent bedreven in MS Office, vooral Excel
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels, Nederlands is een pluspunt!
  • Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schrijven en verbaal
  • Je bent een teamplayer en gemotiveerd om deel uit te maken van een duurzaam denim merk

You’ll get hands-on experience in sales operations, customer communication, and digital tools,  all while working for a brand that’s changing the fashion industry for good and making the planet cooler. 🌍
What you’ll do
  • Help keep our B2B orders and systems running smoothly
  • Work with product data and our B2B webshop backend
  • Talk directly to customers & wholesale partners and solve real challenges
  • Spot new trends and opportunities in the market
  • Bring your ideas to the table during our weekly team meetings
What we’re looking for
  • You’re an HBO/WO student or in a gap year looking for real work experience
  • Starting date around January 2026, for 5–6 months or more
  • You can work full time (40h/week), at least 3–4 days in-office Amsterdam
  • Detail-oriented, structured and enthusiastic about sales & customer service
  • Confident with Excel; Shopify is a bonus
  • Fluent English is a must, native Dutch and German is a nice extra
  • Clear communication skills (written + spoken)
  • You take initiative, like solving problems, and enjoy working in a team

Are you a strongly motivated and accurate person? Do you wake up with new ideas every day? Do you like to be disruptive and be part of a dynamic start-up that wants to make the planet cooler? If you are genuinely interested in sustainable fashion and if you are eager to learn more about product development and production in the denim industry and circular economy, we might have a match. 
What
We are looking for someone to join our Product Development Team at our office in Amsterdam. In a small team you have the opportunity to get to know many facets of the profession and the company. Of course, everything is done from our circular and social approach. You can participate for a full season in both design and product development and thus learn the ins and outs of the trade. You will be working on:
  • Developing a new collection
  • Getting the sample collection transferred into production ready stage
  • The procurement process; from raw materials to finished product
Moreover, you will be working together with the marketing and CSR departments on all points related to product.
