Not quite the right fit? Don’t worry about it!
You can send your new jeans back within 30 days after receipt.
It goes without saying that the jeans must be sent back in their original condition (just to clarify things for the cheeky ones – this means unworn, unwashed and labels attached ;)).
Super important!
We can only process registered returns, so please make sure to register your return before you do anything else! Whether you'd like a refund or an exchange, your request can be registered via the returns portal.
Please note that the return costs may vary as per your location. Check our general return info section at end of this page for more info.
1. Register
We accept returns within 30 days.Items have to be in original condition: unworn, unwashed and labels included.
2. Pack
Pack the products you want to return and stick the return label which you can download upon registering your return.
3. Send
Bring your parcel to a dropoff point of the carrier mentioned on the return label.
4. Refund/Exchange
Processing your return or exchange can take up to 15 working days after the return has arrived at our warehouse.

2. Register your return here :
- Choose “Return Old Jeans."
- Choose Refund & Return
- Is your MUD Jeans worn out? Choose “Product is damaged”
- Is your MUD Jeans still in a good condition and vintage worthy? Choose “Different than expected'”
3. You're almost done! Now use the return label provided with your new jeans and its packaging to send your old jeans back.
Sending old jeans from another brand for recycling?
Remember, these jeans must be at least 96% cotton!
1. Wait until your new MUD Jeans have arrived.
2. Register your return here :
- Choose "Return Old Jeans."
- Choose "Refund & Return."
- Choose "Product is damaged."
3. Use the free return label and package in which your new purchase arrived to send your old jeans to us. Easy, right?
Return for Repair
Lucky you! We offer free repair service for leasers in Europe, within the lease term of one year.
- Sending the jeans to us is on your account. However, we will take care of the repair, as well as sending your new-looking jeans back to you!
- Send an email to info@mudjeans.eu to receive our current address for repairs and attach a photo of what you need repaired to the email.
- Add a note to your parcel with the word “repair” + your name and address + what your need repaired.
- Repairs can take up to 30 days and you will be informed once the jeans are ready and sent back to you.
PS: We only repair freshly washed jeans! Thanks for your understanding :)
General Return Info
The return process can be started by registering your return. Please note that we won't be able to pay for or track your package. So, please make sure to keep your tracking number until your return has been processed.
Returns: We attach great importance to sustainability and want to limit returns as much as possible. Therefore we do not offer free returns. However, if you request an exchange, return costs are free and we will take care of the new shipping for you.
We will charge a return cost contribution. The fee is €4.95 for returns from the Netherlands, €5.95 from BE, DE, FR, LUX, and AT, and €9.95 from other countries. For United Kingdom, the returns fee is £9.95.
Depending on your location, additional costs / customs fees may apply, the amount of which we cannot determine and which we cannot influence directly. Any customs fees, taxes, duties and any other fees for the return package are the responsibility of the customer. If the customs fees aren't paid in advance, we cannot receive your package, so please take care of this in advance. Check with your shipping provider if a commercial invoice is needed, and if yes, attach it to the package. We recommend UPS for non-EU returns.
If you request an exchange, we will pay for the new shipment to you - it’s the least we can do.
