We are committed to addressing concerns related to our activities, products, and supply chain in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

Grievances can be raised by any stakeholder, including customers, partners, suppliers, workers, or members of the public. These may relate to environmental impacts, social or labour conditions, ethical issues, or the accuracy of our sustainability communications.

Grievances can be submitted via the contact form on this page or directly via info@mudjeans.eu, with as much relevant information as possible. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and assess the issue within 10 working days. Where a grievance falls within scope, we will conduct an investigation and aim to provide a response within 30 working days, depending on the complexity of the case.

If a concern is substantiated, we will take appropriate corrective actions, engage relevant stakeholders where needed, and monitor implementation. Our aim is to resolve grievances in a constructive manner and ensure continuous improvement.

How nice that you are interested in sustainable fashion & MUD Jeans. We wish we could reply to everyone individually, however, we receive a lot of requests and have therefore set up a monthly webinar with our Founder Bert van Son and our CSR Officer Lea Eckstein. They can answer all the questions you have, and you can also learn from the other participants. These webinars take place on the first Monday of every month at 3pm CEST. You can sign up here.
